When you hear the word water pump you immediately associate it with the water pump found in the car or the pumps used to move water from the water table to the surface. You even associate it to high-pressure pumps that are often used in several industries like mining and construction. Indeed, all these are applications of water pumps. However, there are also pumps that are designed to be moved from one point to another. These pumps are called portable water pumps. These pumps are small enough to carry and move around and these can come in handy in case of emergencies.
A portable pump can be used for simple applications like draining water from a clogged lavatory or clogged kitchen sink. In place of the hand pump, you can choose to use a battery or electric power portable pumps. You can use this to move melted snow on your pool cover or remove condensation produced by the AC unit. These electric portable pumps are environment friendly and user friendly.
Having portable water pumps around the house can come in very handy in several situations and these can make cleaning a whole lot easier.
